Expanded Emotional Wheel for Dream Analysis

In my book I talk about the effects of emotions on dreams and subsequently the cognitive component that results in feelings and moods which I refer to as the State of Being.

For simplicity’s sake, I only included the six main emotions to allow the reader to better understand how emotions/feels/moods interact with each other and result in dreams.

When doing your dream analysis, it is sometimes easier to have visual access to a wider range of feelings that can rise up from experiencing the six main emotions and can make your event prediction work go a lot smoother.

Below is an emotional wheel that i use and keep handy by my bedside whenever I do my dream/reality journaling. Sometimes there’s a feeling that’s just on the tip of my tongue that i can’t quite bring myself to identify, and scanning the wheel to pinpoint what i’m feeling gives me the inspiration to better identify the feelings from dreams.

I would suggest to print it off and save it as I have found it to be quite helpful.
